These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of meldmedium.com and the services provided by Meld Medium ("we," "us," or "our"), including Answer Engine Marketing (AEM), website design and development, server-side conversion tracking, the microsite network product, our free AI Search Check tool, and our client reporting dashboard (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Services
Meld Medium provides digital marketing services for businesses, including but not limited to:
- Answer Engine Marketing (AEM) — helping businesses show up in AI-generated search answers
- Website design, development, and hosting
- Server-side conversion tracking setup and management
- Microsite network builds for local/multi-location businesses
- A free, self-serve AI Search Check tool that analyzes a submitted website URL
- A client reporting dashboard that connects to Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to display campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS)
Eligibility
You must have the legal authority to engage our services on behalf of your business and, where applicable, to connect any Google Ads or GA4 accounts you use with our dashboard tool.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to us, including URLs submitted to the AI Search Check tool and data entered into the dashboard
- You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's API Terms of Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any dashboard links or access credentials associated with your account
Google Account Access
If you connect a Google account to our dashboard tool, you authorize us to access your Google Ads and Google Analytics data solely for the purpose of providing that service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account security settings or by contacting us.
Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, our Services rely in part on data provided by third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, GA4, and Anthropic's AI models) and are subject to any delays, errors, or limitations in that data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any metrics or reports generated.
Availability
We aim to keep our Services available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meld Medium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to business decisions made based on metrics or reports we provide.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using our Services and disconnect any connected Google account at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
